Our group sessions are led by an experienced coach in a supportive and empowering environment. Individuals of all fitness levels can participate as it helps drive energy levels and connections that only group training opportunities can provide.
The Assertive trainers working our groups also provide for individualized modifications as appropriate, so each person gets what he/she specifically needs out of the training experience.
Sessions are 30 MINUTES of high intensity, progressive workouts, 5 DAYS PER WEEK.
